The skips of the three highest teams in the Kettle League at the half way point, Andrew Lambie, Walter Brown, and Reg Dunbar, get the chance to lead the three Penicuik teams in the Midlothian Province Bonspiel in January (see Calendar).
Team Jacobs is top in the Thirds Quaich on 9 points, backed up with the higest Ends won and a significant Shots Difference advantage. Team Carr recorded their first victory after a number of close matches, so well done to them.
